“There’s got to be a better way!”

With that declaration the boutique, bespoke brokerage of Bunch Real Estate was launched.

Frustrated with hearing “That’s just the way it’s done,” Tammy Bunch had experienced quite enough less-than-satisfactory service and less-than-responsive client care working with other brokers to realize that a “one size fits all” approach to real estate just doesn’t work.  That realization as expressed to husband Steve became the impetus for what today is a highly tailor made, vertically integrated real estate service in Hampton Roads.

Bunch Real Estate opened for business in November 2011 near the Virginia Beach central library with a total of three employees including Tammy and Steve!  Its mission:  to incorporate the very best business practices and systems into an office where each community in Hampton Roads would be served by a highly trained, skilled, knowledgeable community agent “expert.”  Mentoring, training, and continuing education have become the special hallmarks of the agency.

Beyond sales the corporate capabilities of Bunch Real Estate include real estate appraisal since 2006 with property management coming online in 2013. Financial advisory expertise from agents with extensive financial experience is also available in house.  Such a robust lineup of services is remarkable for a small boutique brokerage.

Because Bunch Real Estate offers so much hands on support, mentoring and training the brokerage has become a very appealing place for motivated agents to hang their license.  And the brokerage has carefully selected top producing agents over the years who bring a special esprit de corps to the company.  As a result, so often in conversation you will hear Bunch Real Estate agents refer to their company and their colleagues as “family.”  That energy, that message comes through with every transaction at the agency.

Today the brokerage continues to grow by judiciously adding top producing agents to its “family,” by moving into contemporary work spaces, by providing best practices training and support, and by incorporating the latest digital technology to promote their listings, their servicers and their agents.

At Bunch Real Estate a recurrent phrase is “Thanks a Bunch!”  While the phrase obviously works as a marketing maxim, it actually expresses an authentic principle within the agency:  gratitude.  Literally everyone at Bunch Real Estate repeatedly conveys how grateful they are to work at the brokerage, how grateful they are for the support they receive and how grateful they are for their growing business.

“Thanks a Bunch!” is more than just a marketing maxim.  It’s our way of doing business.
